The True Enigma

"It has been said that if one loves the Duhn Ku with all of one's heart, the Duhn Ku will bring joy and harmony into the home space.
But if one does not treat the Duhn Ku with respect, life basically goes on the same.
This is the true enigma of the Duhn Ku"

Literal translation, Lao-tsu Jones, 104 AD

This is one of the first discovered phrases penned by The Great Mystic, Lao Tzu Jones. It is profound in its profoundness.

Lao Tzu Jones himself is an enigma in his own right. His works have been likened to the Tao te Ching, written by the ancient Chinese philosopher known simply as Lao Tzu. Similarily, the actual existence of Jones is, at times, as questionable as Lao Tzu's. Are they mystic characters of fable, or wise men with a postcard of the big picture? We may never know.

Often dates or circas are given along with the passages of the Duhn Ku. It is unclear what these are intended to represent. First, it is not known exactly when Jones may have walked this earth. Second, the years spanned are in the range of 2000 years. Could it be that Lao Tzu Jones found the key to immortality in the teachings of the Duhn Ku? Or does Jones speak through his disciples, who, so filled with his spirit, sign his name and the date it was received? Or something else entirely beyond our comprehension?

We who have taken it upon ourselves to become Duhn Ku Masters realize that such questions are frivolous. Jones communes with us often. May the following links bring you into unity with the Duhn Ku.
